Living on Bear Creek can sometimes be a challenge. A few weeks ago we had an unusual amount of rain fall in the area. It wasn't just here, several counties were affected by this. However, when you live on a creek, flooding does occur. We were lucky it did not get into our house. Thankfully, we are a few feet off of the ground. It does make a big mess and turns my stomach into one big knot. It feels like you are on a boat looking out over a river. The landscape completely changes.
